SERVICES Disciplines – Financing Organization
Transproject provides financing or consulting services to obtain financing that make sense, both economically and in development terms, to private enterprises or to governments. Enterprises and governments should make contribution to this financing by investing different collaterals and contribute to the expansion of the business.
Financial conditions of Transproyecto and its financiers-Partners
- Funding amount: USD / EUR from 10,000,000 up to 1,000,000,000 or more.
- Interest of financing: from 3.0% up to 4.0% per year.
- Term: 10 years and extended up to 15 years; Grace period: 3 years or more.
- Executive Summary, Feasibility Study and Business Plan and Balance of their companies with all their economic declarations, everything for financiers-partners of Transproject: Reviewed and accepted by Transproject and its financiers-partners.
- Collateral and / or bank guarantee and / or other type of guarantee and / or costs to obtain financing: To be defined.
- Transproject starts to be: JV / partner of fairness with not less than 35% in the case that Transproject partners are already concessionaries, or more of 35% if JV starts to be a concessionaire before obtain financing.
- To commence cooperation the following will be established: Memorandum of Understanding and JV Contract.
- Financing Program: Program developed and administered by Transproject and its financiers-partner.
Transproject gives the following services, required to obtain the mentioned financings:
- Collateral Provider
- Performance of Executive Summary, Feasibility Study and Business Plan
- Lending Consultation and Planning
Cost of these services:
- In case Transproject obtains the financing and invest in the project, the corresponding services costs will be covered by Transproject together with other owners of that project,
- In case Transproject gives only the services for obtaining the financing of the project, the corresponding services costs will be covered by owners of that project and its collaborators.

Consulting services in legal matters for the administration of design, construction and supervision contracts, legal issues for the establishment and management of companies and financial engineering.
