A group of international business managers and expert engineers has established a company for consulting services and contracting projects with the objective to develop different projects in the construction industry. The company originates from the next basic postulates:

To execute the construction industry projects in the field of hydropower and other renewable powers,irrigation, mining, ports, transportation, architecture etc. and get hold of them ready for operation, it is necessary to:

• 1. Join the four principal participants of project implementation in the construction industry: Titleholder, Designer, Financier and Contractor. Sometimes these four participants could be only one, but this circumstances happened almost at no time, and
• 2. Have knowledge of engineering, construction and financing.

Based on these postulates Transproject´s objectives are:

• 1. Provide the consultancy for all four mentioned participants, and/or
• 2. Have the responsibility to be partner of the titleholder or contractor, in case Transproject contributes with part of financing or collateral.

To achieve the first mentioned objective Transproject disposes of a consulting company and of a team of experts with worldwide experience, providing consultant services in the field of financing, legal matters, complete engineering for performance of base estimation, conceptual, prefeasibility and feasibility studies, basic and detailed designs,elaboration of terms of references for biddings, engineering and construction supervision, consultant services for construction management and contract engineering to the contractors, during all the pre-construction contractperiod and construction contract periods of the project life (administrative periods to obtain the title of the project and financing, engineering periods previous to the construction, biddings or negotiations periods to award different types of construction and consulting contracts and different construction and consulting contracts periods).

To achieve the second mentioned objective, Transproject, as the registered company for energy generation and transmission, develops technical-administrative solutions and financial marketing with the purpose to obtain financial collaterals, required guaranties and settle financing, together with titleholder participant, for the complete execution of energy generation and transmission and other type of projects in the construction industry. The financial groups and finance guarantors who support Transproject are form United States of America, Europe and Middle East, giving possibility to grant loans to Transproject and its partners, converting them to investor of the mentioned projects. Also Transproject can be partner of contractors, providing its construction knowledge and part of the required guaranties.

Summarizing, Transproject´s objective is to deliver total solutions for the execution of the construction industry projects, up to get hold of them ready for operation.
