CONTRACTING AND CONSULTING - TRANSPROJECT Joint-Stock Company

At the beginning of the year 1995 the future partners of the company Transproject, consultant engineers with huge experience and different nationalities, and the nominal partners, the construction companies OMEGA of Bolivia and SS of Peru, the real estate Protesa Company of Chile, the consultant company International Design and Construction - D & C of Yugoslavia and the legal consultant Crespo and Associates of Bolivia, originated the establishment of a limited liability company, changed subsequently to joint-stock company, under the trade name of "CONTRACTING AND CONSULTING - TRANSPROJECT Joint-Stock Company." The company has been founded in Bolivia on April 8th, 1996 with an initial capital amount required for the operation of its activities, converted to joint-stock company on May 6th, 1998, increasing the respective capital, which has been effected according to the development of the company.
